Description
A four-star hotel project located in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, within the central area, approximately 2 kilometer from the Holy Mosque, serving pilgrims and visitors of Al-Masjid Al-Haram. The project is developed on a land area of 900 square meters and consists of a parking level, a ground floor designated for the hotel reception, a mezzanine floor accommodating a café, a restaurant floor, a prayer hall floor, a services floor, and 16 residential floors comprising hotel rooms and suites. Our role was Commencing with the review of the project’s architectural and design drawings, followed by assuming full project management responsibilities from project initiation through to final handover to the operating entity.
